Sometimes God will heal our body in a miraculous way. Sometimes He will use natural means to give us a supernatural healing. This is my testimony of how God gave me a word of knowledge for healing .. that included stretching?

June 2026. I’ve had pain on my right knee for a couple months. I’ve done some n stretching. I’ve visited the physical therapist. Some of it works, some of it doesn’t. The pain seems to linger. To complicate things, I have an intense fitness competition coming up in two weeks.

Upstairs I have a room which has all of my recovery equipment. Theragun, exercise ball and some elastic bands. As I walk up the stairs I look towards the room and immediately I have a mental image in my head. I will call this mental image a vision. In the vision I see a picture of myself seated at the couch, holding an elastic band that loops around the bottom of my right foot. My foot is extended, as if doing a pedal pusher movement.

I think to myself:

• I don’t normally think in pictures
• I don’t normally think of myself in third person
• I wasn’t thinking about my knee pain
• That is probably God talking to me
• I probably have stiff ankles

I went over and started doing the motion. I did the same for the next couple of days and it worked! It cleared up some inflexibility I had in my ankles, enough that I was able to go through the competition without any knee pain. And it also identified some areas for improvement in my flexibility in the future.
